Releasing Back Orders

When the form is saved, stock is allocated immediately.

 Steps

1. Sales Orders Process Back Orders Manual Back Order Release
2. New Record
3. Enter and select required criteria
4. Click Add and lines that meet the criteria are populated into the grid
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 as required
6. Tick Fulfill tick box for lines to be delivered
7.

Quantity Left is adjusted as each line is ticked. If there is no stock, the box cannot be ticked. Stock can only be delivered to the limit of available stock. Quantity Left displays the shortfall

8. Untick reports not to be printed when the form is saved
9. Save the form. Stock is delivered by either creating a new snapshot for processed invoices and active orders or allocated to an unprocessed active order. Relevant reports are printed

Where there is insufficient stock for all sales orders, the order stock is allocated is in the order on the screen NOT the order lines are ticked. You may need to repeat the process to allocate stock in the required order
